UPCOMING EVENTS

With the Super Bowl coming up on 5 Feb, I thought I needed to remind folks of our silent auction. If any of you have items you would like to donate to our Post for this endeavor we would appreciate the donation. Just bring any old TV, radios, computers, printers and anything you think would be marketable to the House Committee room and put it on the table next to the wall. We will sort everything out and see what we can come up with to possibly make a few bucks for the Post.

In that regard, Super Bowl tickets are for sale at the canteen at the Post and/or see any Post officer as they have some as well. You do not have to be present to win one of the $1000.00 quarterly drawings at the Super Bowl party! If you're ticket is drawn and you are not there we will call you and you can come pick up your check Monday AM at the Post

Also remember we have a $500.00 football pool at the canteen currently so get your chances on it There will be a $100.00 pool available as well this afternoon (as soon as I get over there to do it -before the HC meeting this evening!) More pools will be available in the ballroom the evening of the party!

Lastly, we have several folks that have not paid their Post membership dues and some of you in fact are coming into the Post using the facilities. It is not fair to the other paid members and I urge you to pay your dues at your earliest opportunity or you may be asked to depart the facility!

This Super Bowl party is our second biggest fund raiser of the year and hope each of you will support it and make it one of our best ever! If you cannot personally come at least try and sell a ticket to one of your friends, etc.
